Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove the data Ochra Automation holds about you at any time.

Disconnect an Instagram account

• Log in to Ochra Automation and open Connections.
• Click Disconnect next to the account. Its access token, contacts, automations, and activity are deleted.

You can also remove Ochra Automation from Instagram directly: Settings → Apps and websites → select the app → Remove. This revokes our access immediately.

Delete your whole account

Email aman@primexmeta.com from the address on your account and ask for deletion. We delete your account, workspaces, connected accounts, and activity within 30 days, except billing records we're legally required to keep.
