These terms govern your use of Ochra Automation, operated by PrimeX Meta Technology. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Ochra Automation lets you connect social accounts you own or manage and automate replies and messages. Features depend on what each platform's API allows and may change when platforms change their rules.

Your responsibilities

• Only connect accounts you are authorized to manage.
• Follow Instagram's Community Guidelines and Meta's Platform Terms. Don't use automations for spam, harassment, deceptive content, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• You are responsible for the content of the replies and messages your automations send.
• Where the law requires it, tell people they are interacting with an automated experience — for example in the first message of an automated conversation.
• Keep your login credentials secure.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or connected platforms at risk. A platform may also restrict or revoke access on its side.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". We aren't liable for platform outages, API changes, or actions a platform takes on your account. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
